Love your fur family as much as us? We can capture their unique character in a forever portrait for you or as the perfect gift for a loved one, because we know just how special they are to you.
Place
A place you adore, a special moment in time shared with a loved one, or a magical destination that you would like to bring to life again. We can help you bring it home.
Person
We can relate to missing loved ones abroad and losing loved ones, whether near or far. That's why you can count on us to immortalise your loved one in forever Art.
Step 1 : Choose your portrait

Step 2 : Photo or idea
A high-quality photo will allow me to see as much detail as possible, so I advise taking one in natural daylight, ideally inside a house near a window.
If your pet/person has passed or this is a surprise gift, then please send me the photos you have, and we will work with what you have available.
If you have a place in mind, then your favourite image, or I can also create a painting for you from imagination and research.
Step 3 : Secure your booking
Once you know the size and material you would like, then it's time to send us an email. We can then discuss further any requirements you may have.
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is then taken to confirm your booking, with the final 50% payment to be made once your portrait is complete and you are happy with the outcome.
Step 4 : Time to create your portrait
The duration of creation will vary depending on your size and how many subjects. If you have a particular deadline, then please let us know, and we can manage your time slot within our schedule.
If you would like to receive updates on your portrait, then please let us know; otherwise, we can keep it a surprise for you until we feel it's ready.
We wish for you to feel completely happy with your portrait, which is why we offer two revisions following completion, should there be any details you wish to tweak.
Step 5 : Delivery and review
Once we have received your final payment then we will lovingly package your portrait for delivery.
We would love to hear from you once you receive your portrait, and we always welcome any feedback or reviews.
Terms and Conditions
Payment policy
Payments are accepted via online bank transfers or PayPal. When you place your order, we will send you an invoice with the details.
For commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your painting is complete and you are happy with the outcome, the remaining payment can be made, and we will then lovingly package your painting and ship it to you.
Your information
We will only collect details that are necessary for your commission and to process your order. We will never pass any information to a third party, except for purposes of fulfilling your order and if required to do so by law.

Delivery policy
UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail, and the cost of postage will be added to your invoice.
International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail international services and will incur an additional cost to your order. This will be clarified and discussed with you, and then added to your invoice.
When placing your order, please let us know if you have a date you need your Art by, and we will ensure that we schedule accordingly, still delivering the highest quality of work for you.
Once we have posted your order, we will give you the estimated time of arrival, however, we cannot take any responsibility for any delays or damages that occur during the shipping process from the postal services.
Refund policy
Our mission and wish is that you are completely satisfied and happy with your Art. We want your piece to be loved by you or whoever receives it, which is why we offer two revisions before posting, should there be anything you wish to be tweaked.
We are also happy to share with you updates during the process (unless you would like a surprise), so please always feel free to communicate with us about your needs and feelings.
For all commissions, it is not possible to cancel your order after delivery, and refunds are not available, so please be clear with the details you give us, as we will follow your instructions.
