Payment policy

Payments are accepted via online bank transfers or PayPal. When you place your order, we will send you an invoice with the details. 

For commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your painting is complete and you are happy with the outcome, the remaining payment can be made, and we will then lovingly package your painting and ship it to you. 

Your information

We will only collect details that are necessary for your commission and to process your order. We will never pass any information to a third party, except for purposes of fulfilling your order and if required to do so by law.

Delivery policy 

UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail, and the cost of postage will be added to your invoice.

International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail international services and will incur an additional cost to your order. This will be clarified and discussed with you, and then added to your invoice. 

When placing your order, please let us know if you have a date you need your Art by, and we will ensure that we schedule accordingly, still delivering the highest quality of work for you. 

Once we have posted your order, we will give you the estimated time of arrival, however, we cannot take any responsibility for any delays or damages that occur during the shipping process from the postal services. 

Refund policy

Our mission and wish is that you are completely satisfied and happy with your Art. We want your piece to be loved by you or whoever receives it, which is why we offer two revisions before posting, should there be anything you wish to be tweaked. 

We are also happy to share with you updates during the process (unless you would like a surprise), so please always feel free to communicate with us about your needs and feelings. 

For all commissions, it is not possible to cancel your order after delivery, and refunds are not available, so please be clear with the details you give us, as we will follow your instructions.
